One year and some renovations equals $200,000

"This completely renovated three bedroom colonial house is sitting on 35x100 lot.  The quaint home boasts a huge eat in kitchen with a bonus sitting area that invites you onto the deck.  This frame home also has a huge living room, dining room, one and a half  baths and an attic crawl space."

Last week when I was going through the MLS in the Whitestone area and I came across this house, It stopped me dead in my tracks.  You know when you recognize something, you know you know it - but you don't know where you know it from? 

Why do I find this house to be so special, you ask?

In February 2006, my Whitestone office listed and sold this home. 

You would think that I would be upset that we did not get the listing back again - but to be honest with you, I am not.  You see in February we sold this home for $638,000 and granted at the time of that sale there were some renovations that needed to be done and the new homeowners did do it and from the looks of the photos they did a great job. 

But did they dump in $200,000 into this home?  I highly doubt it.
