The Fellas at Sellsius posted about the ten most expensive homes in the NorthEast.  How interesting, I would have never thought that I would have found one of the most expensive listings on the MLS.  Well I did.  Here is more info about ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE homes!

The home has been listed since September 2006.  The home features a spa, barbershop, cold plunge, fall out shelter (we all need one of those), game room, video library, and a crows nest (? huh?).  <- On the listing, it says that .. I swear!

Anyhow, this mansion has 11 bedrooms, eight bathrooms, four half bathrooms.  This waterfront 42.7 acres also has a protected cove with dock, two helipads and a beautiful extensive garden.   

This Llyods Neck compound has taxes of $183,825 and Village Taxes $27,980.18.

That does it. I'm asking for a crow's nest addition for Father's Day! I think it'd be cool to climb up into my crow's nest and keep watch over my neighborhood.
