I know that people still feel that they "want to try it on their own", and really that is OK, because 95% of FSBO's wind up coming to a realtor. Why? Well, exposure is one. and number two is people feel that they can discount the asking price of a home, BECAUSE you are not listed with a realtor, so they will take that amount off their offer. TRUST ME, I see it all the time..
