What does Avril Lavigine, Slash and Ed McMahon all have in common??

They are all having problems selling their celebrity mansions. 

This crisis has hit everyone everywhere and it actually looks like it will get worse before it gets even  a little better. 

But aside from the market going down, down - down.  It looks like the heading upward trend is sue your real estate agent because it is their fault that the market changed. 

In the recent weeks I have heard comments like:  "I can not wait until Bush gets out of office, he got all of us into this market".  REALLY?  I might not be a financial guru, but I am almost 100% certain that President Bush did not come over to your home and CONVINCE you to take out a mortgage that you can not afford, with hopes that in 5 years you will be able to refinance the home at a lower rate! 

People, come on.  The market dropped and as far as I am concerned it should have actually dropped 3 years ago.

Hi Christine! your title got my attention. We have some celebrities selling over here as well (Ricky Martin and Shaq to name a few) - but you are right......it's easy to point fingers and not so easy to go to the root of the problem.
