Here is the thing.  After this property is auctioned the previous owner gets zero, zilch,nada and a huge FORECLOSED action on their credit report.  IF the seller would have contacted me a month ago, I could have sold this property, stopped the foreclosure and put some coin in his pocket.  WHY was this left to be auctioned?
