Magic Eight ball - where o where are you??

The past few months I have been noticing a trend.  Alot of people are searching.  These people could be buyers or sellers, but either way these people are searching.  They want to know Eight_ball and they want answers.  Many people are confused as to what or where the market is heading.  I am getting search terms that are hitting a high.  Terms such as: "Where is the real estate market going?"  "Foreclosure property search, Long Island", "Declines of prices in houses", "Real Estate Bubble"  - you get the picture?  From all this, what people REALLY want to know is "What should I do?"  They are waiting for a website that will - *poof* say - "Hi, Chuck, sell that property.  If you wait any longer you will only get less - you are the king and oh your buyers names are Max and Deb, keep an eye out for them, they are swell people".  Well, I can say that I know THAT won't happen.  So folks, there is no secret.  There is not a website that can predict the what, who or when.  Buying or selling real estate at this point, should be thought of as a personal need.  Each person varies and their needs vary.  What you chose or where you chose to live is all personal.

But for the ones that would like to know the history of a bubble, then this is a must read - its long, its tedious, but for the most part it is informative.
