BiggerPockets hosts the Carnival.

Joshua Dorkin of BiggerPockets.com hosted this weeks Carnival #20!  He picked out the top 4 posts of this weeks, keeping with the theme - real estate! 

This weeks "winners" are:

1. Todd Waller - Eight Reasons to List During the Holidays  - Great post to highlight right now. 
2. Silicon Valley Blogger -  Don’t Let Real Estate Clean You Out - Could there be an Real Estate Agent bubble? 
3. Chris Cranny   -  Subdividing land, This is something that alot of investors have been doing here in my area - as long as the sub-divided lot has enough square footage to still build - (we don't find too many here). 
4. Teresa Boardman -  Common Walls, Common air?  - a topic that I am hearing alot about.  Not sure where I stand on it as of yet.
